That's exactly what we built. Introducing the Home Refresh — a new service from Koehler Home Services designed for busy homeowners who want results without the back-and-forth of a big job.

Two options, built around your schedule

Home Refresh – Half

A focused visit to handle your highest-priority items. Great for targeted touch-ups, a quick yard cleanup, or getting one or two rooms back in order.

Best for: lighter lists, quick seasonal resets

Home Refresh – Full Most popular

A full day of work across your whole home — inside and out. We work through the list until it's done. This is the one if you want to start fresh heading into the season.

Best for: whole-home resets, longer to-do lists

Both options are available now across New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, and the greater San Antonio area. Spots are limited, especially as spring books up — so if you've been meaning to get things sorted, now's a good time to reach out.
