TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 20, 2026
By booking or receiving services from Koehler Home Services, you agree to the following terms.
Service Blocks
Service blocks include labor time as described at booking. Completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed within a single block if scope exceeds scheduled time.
Scope of Work
Work performed is limited to agreed tasks discussed prior to service. Additional requests, expanded scope, or unforeseen conditions may require additional service blocks and approval before proceeding.
Materials
Materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated. Material purchases will be approved prior to purchase when possible. Availability and supply delays are not the responsibility of Koehler Home Services.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property during scheduled service times. Delays caused by lack of access may result in reduced productive time within the scheduled block.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Koehler Home Services is not responsible for hidden damage, structural issues, code violations, or pre-existing conditions that are not visible prior to work beginning.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koehler Home Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of rental income, delays in closing, or secondary property damage.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at booking or invoicing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations may be subject to notice requirements. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in fees.
No Warranty of Outcome
While services are performed professionally and in good faith, specific outcomes such as property sale speed, rental occupancy timing, or inspection approval cannot be guaranteed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
